It all started when a new chapter in my life began with the birth of my son. It was an incredible feeling that can never be replaced with anything else in the whole world! Some months later, we noticed that our son started showing reaction to certain foods and after a blood test, it was confirmed that our son is born with food allergies. It was hard to accept that our son will not be able to eat certain foods including cakes with eggs, milk and nuts.

I started to look for alternate foods and started to think that how difficult it is for children with food allergies to even find a cake they like for the birthdays and occasions or even for daily life. It was hard for me to imagine the difficulty which parents must be having in finding the cakes with the right ingredients as I went through the same pain. I then started to bake different types of cakes for my son so that he can eat the cakes that at least look the same and taste good too.

I baked cakes for my son’s 1^st and the 2^nd birthday and all my family and friends were surprised and impressed with cakes and encouraged me to start my own business. After considering their suggestions, I decided to start the cake business especially for those children and adults with food allergies as I understand how difficult it is to see your child not to have the same food as other children, and especially cakes.
